How do I choose the right size for my Italian Greyhound or Whippet?
Each product page includes a Size Guide, which shows the measurements of the item and what size Italian Greyhounds or Whippets it's designed to fit.
When do you ship my order?
If an item is in stock, we aim to ship your order the same or next business day, once we have received payment. For personalised/embroidered orders, please allow an extra 2 business days.
How do I track my order?
We ship our orders with Australia Post and their international partners. Once we ship your order, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
Check the email notifying you that your order is on the way for your tracking number. You can use this tracking number and link for the most up to date delivery status. Please note that Australia Post and International carrier networks are still significant experiencing COVID related delays. Need more help? If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days free of charge (excluding any delivery costs). Read our returns policy for more information.
How do I return an item to you?
For Australia orders, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which products you’d like to return. Once we receive your email we will send you a prepaid satchel to return the product/s back to us.
